EPISODE 6 : INTO THE SUN ☀️ Watermelon Strawberry Sago 🍓🍉♥️ Ingredients • 1 cup watermelon balls (scooped) • 2 tbsp pomegranate pearls • 4–5 strawberries (chopped) • 2 tbsp strawberry jelly cubes • 2 tbsp strawberry popping boba • ¼ cup cooked sago (sabudana) • ½ cup evaporated milk (chilled) • 2 tbsp condensed milk • 1 tbsp rose syrup • Ice cubes (as needed) Preparation 1. Cook sago • Boil sago until translucent. • Rinse in cold water to remove stickiness. Set aside. 2. Prepare base • In a bowl, mix: • Milk + evaporated milk + condensed milk • Add rose syrup and stir well. 3. Assemble • Add ice cubes to a serving glass. • Layer: • Watermelon balls • Strawberries • Pomegranate • Cooked sago • Jelly cubes 4. Finish • Pour the rose milk mixture over everything. • Top with strawberry popping boba. 5. Serve immediately • Best served chilled and fresh. #watermelon #watermelonsago #sago ♥️

DRAGONFRUIT LYCHEE SAGO RECIPE ⤵️ I’ve been seeing a lot of dragonfruit in the supermarkets recently so I couldn’t resist picking some up for a sago dessert! I absolutely LOVE red dragonfruit as they have such a clean, sweet and mild taste and find them sweeter than white ones! INGREDIENTS - 1 cup red dragonfruit, cubed - 1 cup white dragonfruit, cubed - 1 cup lychee, halved - 2 tbsp condensed milk - 2 tbsp lychee syrup from can - 1 jar nata de coco - 1/2 cup (90g) sago - Ice METHOD 1. prepare sago by adding it to a large pot of boiling water and boil for 8 mins, then cover and turn off heat and let it sit for 15 mins. TIP: sago pearls should be translucent and not have a white centre. 2. once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water. 3. in a large bowl, combine the dragonfruit, lychee, sago, nata de coco, and any other jelly toppings of your own choosing, condensed milk, lychee syrup and coconut milk. 4. Sharing one of my favourite Creamy Mango Sago 🥭anyone ? This is one of my favourite desserts. The tropical flavours are just amazing! To make the same: Step 1: Soak for 1 hour 1/2 cup tapioca pearls in 3 cups cold water for. Step 2: Boil tapioca pearls in 4 cups of water for 15 minutes continuously stirring. Step 3: Rinse cooked tapioca pearls in cold water Step 4: Blend in a high speed blender: 2 mangoes 1/2 can of coconut milk 4 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt in Mango flavour 1 tablespoon coconut sugar Step 5: Mix tapioca pearls with blended mango Step 6: Serve in a glass with 2 tablespoons of Coconut Yoghurt on top and fresh mango cubes. INGREDIENTS 🤍 - 1/2 cup strawberries, cut into smaller pieces - 1/4 cup sago (mini tapioca pearls) - 3 tsp matcha to 100ml water - 150ml milk of choice - 2 tbsp condensed milk - 1 tbsp agave syrup or other sweetener - 1 jar nata de coco - Mochi balls or other jelly toppings - ice 1. prepare sago by adding it to a large pot of boiling water and boil for 5 mins, then cover and turn off heat and let it sit for 15 mins. 2. sago pearls should be translucent and not have a white centre. once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water. 3. prepare matcha using whisk and hot water. 4. in a large bowl, combine the strawberries, sago, nata de coco, mochi balls or any other jelly toppings of your own choosing, matcha, condensed milk, sweetener and milk. ✨best eaten chilled with ice or from fridge! #recipe #asiandesserts #sago #strawberrymatcha #dessertrecipe matchasago strawberrysago easydessert mochi

In a small saucepan simmer 1 cup of sago (tapioca pearls) for 10 minutes, turn off heat and cover with a lid for 15 minutes, rinse and drain under cold water. In a large bowl add the sago, 16oz’s of cut strawberries, 1 jar of coconut jelly, 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of coconut milk and 1/2 a can of condensed milk (more if you want it more sweet). Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. #strawberrysago #sago #valentinesdaydessert
