Upper Body 👇 (3 rounds, 30–45 sec each) Push-ups (or incline push-ups on your couch) Tricep dips off a chair Pike push-ups Plank shoulder taps Superman hold (3 sec at top) Lower Body 👇 (3 rounds, 40–45 sec each) Bodyweight squats Reverse lunges (alternating) Glute bridges Sumo squats Single leg glute bridge (each side) Rest 30 sec between exercises, 60 sec between rounds. Start with 2 rounds if you’re a beginner — that’s not less, that’s smart. Total time: ~20 minutes. That’s it. These 6 moves hit stability and strength without needing a single piece of equipment. The Goal: Focus on control over fast movement • For my beginners: Take your time with the modified versions! Quality movement is the best way to see results 💪🏼 • For my pros: Slow down the tempo to really challenge yourself. Set your timer for 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest, grab a set of dumbbells that matches your fitness level, choose the version that works best for you, and follow the instructions on the screen. This workout took me about 20 minutes total, and it’s a great reminder that fitness doesn’t have to take a long time. You just have to be consistent. One of my favorite ways to train because it’s: • Efficient • Minimal equipment • Helps maintain and build muscle • Gets your heart rate up fast • A big bang for your buck workout • Can be done almost anywhere — at home, in a hotel gym, or a small gym space Just a timer, a set of dumbbells, and the willingness to show up.
