This builds real core strength not fake pump reps on the floor. Your grip gets stronger your forearms get worked and your core gets bulletproof. But only if you do it right. No swinging no rushing curl your pelvis at the top. That’s where the abs actually contract. Most people skip that and wonder why nothing changes. Slow it down control it and earn every rep. You’re not using resistance ❌ Just like any other muscle, your abs grow when they’re challenged. Add weights or resistance bands. - weighted plank - weighted dead bug - weighted decline bench sit-ups - weighted russian twist - banded bicycle crunch - banded knee tuck - cable side twist 3. Your body fat percentage is too high. ❌ You are too fat. Abs are made in the gym and revealed in the kitchen. Prioritize strength training + a balanced diet. You don’t have to do hours of cardio to stimulate fat burn.
