طاها، جوان ۱۹ سالهای است که ۱۸ دی در ستارخان به سمت آرياشهر در میان ازدحام جمعيت و هنگام فرار مردم بعد از صداى تيراندازى گم شد و خانواده تا بيست روز به دنبالاش میگشتند، اما پیکرش پس از بیست روز، در روز پنجشنبه ۰۹ بهمن ۱۴۰۴ در کهریزک به خانوادهاش تحویل داده شد.
آثار کبودی و سوختگی، بر دست و صورت پیکر و همچنین نشانههای بستهشدن دستها، توسط اعضای خانواده گزارش شده است. همچنین در دو ناحیه پهلو و سر، به بدن او شلیک شده است.
این گزارشها، علاوه بر ۲۰ روز تاخیر در یافته شدن پیکر وی شائبه به قتل رسیدن پس از بازداشت را تقویت میکنند.
از سوی دیگر، شنیده شده است که طاها اصالت بابلی دارد و در آخرین جمله پس از تیر خوردن در ۱۸ دی، از دوستانش خواسته است تا مراقب خواهر دوقلوی وی باشند.
