While initially, this may elicit a stress response, this allows you to further understand how your will feel in a stress inducing situation. Whether that is a high level meeting with corporate executives (business), rescuing an injured comrade (first responders / military), or dealing with general stress or anxiety, practicing how to regulate your breath, focus your mind, and embrace the discomfort is what Deep End Fitness is all about.
