ULSerius Salt Bread ini enaaak banget! Setelah trial eror beberapa kali akhirnya jadi juga Salt Bread yang sesuai ekspektasi. Ga perlu metode repot2, cukup pakai metode all in one, tanpa telur, tanpa susu tapi hasilnya juara. Kuncinya adalah raginya harus aktif, pakai bahan sesuai takaran, ketika nyampurin bahn roti jauhkan posisi ragi dan garam, adonan wajib diuleni hingga kalis elastis, dan panggang dgn metode steam bake dgn suhu tinggi. Dan agar hasil rotinya bagus sebelum digulung membentuk croissant adonan wajib digiling hingga tipis dan memanjang. Duh hasilnya super renyah diluar tapi tetap lembut dan chewy di dalam, enak bgt! Saranku pakai salted butter yang berkualitas ya untuk isiannya biar wangi dan taste roti ini makin mantab. Jangan lupa save dulu karena kamu wajib buat juga di rumah!

Bahan:
315 g terigu protein tinggi
30 g terigu protein rendah
10 g gula
7 g garam
4,5 g ragi instan
7,5 g mentega/ margarin
225 g air dingin
Isian:
12-15 g salted butter per pcs
Topping:
Air secukupnya
Sea salt (saranku pakai yg bagus, ini aku pakai garam kasar di pasar jadinya malah abu2 setelah dipanggang)
Noted:
-aku pakai api atas bawah
-kalo oven kalian ada mode steam bake bisa langsung pakai fungsi itu ya ga perlu pakai loyang dgn air lagi.
