This activates your brain’s reticular activating system to notice more opportunities, joy, and evidence of good.

Gratitude increases dopamine and serotonin, shifting your nervous system into a more regulated, positive state.

This builds self efficacy and reduces threat response. Your brain stops scanning for danger and starts scanning for solutions.

This reduces resistance and anxiety by reinforcing trust over control.

Your brain loves anticipation. This trains it to look forward to positive expectation instead of brace.
Your self talk is not neutral.
It is programming.
