The mistake isn’t going low, it’s going low without good positioning. ✔️ Let the dumbbells drop past 90° ✔️ Slightly tuck the elbows (not flared) ✔️ Keep the ribs stacked, then press smoothly That puts the delts in a stronger, safer position and actually loads the muscle instead of the joints. Half reps protect egos. Full reps build shoulders. Save this for your next shoulder workout 💪 #shoulderpress #shoulderworkout #fitnesstips
