Lately I’ve been building my plate like this: • Pick a protein (hello, salmon or chicken). • Add a smart carb with fiber (I’m obsessed with sweet potato or chickpeas). • Throw in a healthy fat (usually avocado or a drizzle of olive oil). • Finish with a “superfood” boost (leafy greens, chia, a sprinkle of cinnamon). When I build meals this way, I stay full longer, my cravings calm down, and I actually have the energy to train instead of crashing on the couch. It’s not a “diet” — it’s just a super easy formula I can repeat all week.
