1. Migraine is not random. Your brain has a threshold. The lower it gets, the easier it is for migraine to start. 2. Poor sleep is one of the biggest drivers. Insomnia, inconsistent sleep, and even “catching up” on weekends can make it more frequent. 3. Sleep apnea is often missed. If you snore, wake up tired, or have morning headaches, it’s worth asking about. 4. Taking pain meds too often can backfire. Using rescue meds too frequently can actually keep the cycle going. This is called medication overuse headache. 5. TMJ and jaw clenching matter. Jaw tension and teeth grinding can feed into headache more than people realize. 6. Your neck is part of the system. Neck pain and headache often travel together, not always separate problems. 7. Skipping meals and dehydration are real triggers. Your brain doesn’t like inconsistency. 8. Caffeine is tricky. It can help… or worsen headache depending on how much and how often you use it. 9. Stress isn’t “just stress.” It changes how sensitive your brain is to pain. 10. If headaches are increasing, don’t normalize it. More meds isn’t always the answer, sometimes the pattern needs to change

Did you know your CPAP 's "mask fit" setting has a secret purpose? . The setting is usually used while you're wearing a CPAP mask to test for leaks. To do this it sends a steady stream of air through the hose. If your hose never fully dries after cleaning it, run this setting without your mask attached! After a minute or so, the air should have dried any water droplets left in your hose 🤓 . Go through the options on your CPAP menu until you find "mask fit" option!
