One of the most common reasons we see clients waking wide eyed in the early hours of the morning is actually SURPRISINGLY really simple: 👉blood sugar crashes When blood sugar dips too low, your body releases cortisol (your stress hormone) to wake you up to find food because you’re running on empty. Low protein during the day, skipping meals, high stress, or reaching for sugary snacks before bed can all set you up for a restless night. And yes, this happens to kids too!
