This Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie is the ultimate comfort food made easy, with tender chicken, hearty vegetables, and a rich, creamy sauce slow cooked to perfection. It’s a simple set-it-and-forget-it dinner that delivers classic homestyle flavor without the extra work. Perfect for busy weeknights, family meals, and anyone craving a warm, cozy slow cooker recipe. Ingredients 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup 3 teaspoons garlic minced 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon dried thyme 12 ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables ½ cup sour cream 8 ounce cream cheese 1½ cups cheddar cheese grated 16 ounces penne pasta or small noodle pasta Directions 1- Add chicken broth, chicken soup, garlic, black pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, thyme, and mixed vegetables. Mix until well combined. 2- Place the chicken in the sauce and vegetables. Then toss to coat. 3- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. 4- Remove the chicken and shred with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and add the sour cream, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until combined and cook for 30 minutes more. 5- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the box directions until al dente. THANK YOU SO MUCH - so many lovely messages from you to ask please show how this works, and as my family love it and it was a Friday night request again -so here it is DRUM ROLL STUNNING Chicken Peanut Satay in the slow cooker KETJAP MANIS IS THICK SWEET SOY SAUCE 5 chicken thighs / or more it will be ok Tbs garlic ginger paste 140g smooth peanut butter @manilife_ 400ml thick Coconut milk 2 tsp ketjap manis 125 ml of water 1 small red onion, finely chopped and Fresh mint leaves and Fresh coriander and some smashed peanuts. * Season 5 chicken thighs and place, skin-side down, in a large non-stick frying pan or if you have a sizzle slow cooker like mine fry in the bowl and over a high heat. Cook for 5 minutes until golden. Turn over and cook for a further 3 minutes. Transfer to a slow cooker. Repeat with any remaining chicken thighs. * 
Drain fat from the pan, reserving a little oil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the ginger/ garlic. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in the peanut butter, coconut cream, ketjap manis and 125ml water. Pour mixture over the chicken. * 
Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours or until the chicken is tender. Sprinkle with the red onion, mint and coriander and serve with rice. Slow Cooker Cajun Chicken Pasta Bake 🍝 This is such an easy midweek dinner, low effort to throw together and costs only £2.94 per portion. Serves 4-5 512 calories Ingredients: - 4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks - 2 peppers, chopped - 1 red onion, chopped - 3 garlic cloves, minced - Handful of chopped parsley - 1 tin (400g) chopped tomatoes - 2 tbsp hot sauce - 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning - 1 tbsp mixed herbs - 2 tbsp @philadelpia or a soft cheese - 100g light mozzarella or cheddar - 250g spiral pasta, cooked Method: 1. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker except the peppers, parsley, cheese and pasta. Cook on high for 3–4 hours on high or 7 on low. 2. When the time’s up, cook your pasta separately, then stir it into the slow cooker along with the chopped peppers and 2 tablespoons of soft cheese. Mix everything well until creamy. 3. Sprinkle grated mozzarella or cheddar over the top (OPTIONAL) place the slow cooker pot without the lid under the grill for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot. 2. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, Kinder’s Caramelized Onion Butter seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder over the chicken. 3. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken. 4. Pour the entire jar of Sweet Baby Ray’s Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce over the top. 5. On Sundays, we slow cook 🫶 it’s the best gift to myself for the week ahead - minimal effort on Sunday, and a guaranteed meal throughout the week if I can’t be bothered to cook! ��I’ll usually keep a couple of portions out in the fridge, then freeze the rest, and after a few weeks I have such a variety of meals in the slow cooker! It really does help me so much! It’s Lunar New Year this coming week, so I went with Chinese inspired flavours here. You could also do this with pork or chicken if you wanted! Serves 6: ❤️ Add 750g lean diced beef to the slow cooker 🧡 Add in 100ml hoisin sauce, couple tbsp dark soy sauce, tbsp sesame oil, and add enough stock to just cover the beef - I used about 200/250ml rich beef stock 💛 Cook on low for 8+ hours or high for 5-6 💚 Once cooked and soft, gently shred the beef. I like to leave the lid off the slow cooker and turn the heat up to high for an hour just to thicken the sauce up a bit too. You could also add some cornflour if you’re in a rush! 🩵 I love spring onions and sesame seeds on top of mine, and I’ve had it so many different ways - in Chinese pancakes, in lettuce cups (good for lunches), on top of rice, noodles, salt and pepper chips.. in wraps or on burger buns! The hack here, is to pop a tea towel under the lid of the slow cooker. It catches all the condensation and leaves you with a yummy crumble. My kids LOVE this one. I often cook it for afternoon tea and let the cookers ‘keep warm’ function stay on until they finish it off for dessert. So easy. And just one pan to handball into the dishwasher when it’s all done. Add the baby potatoes to the bottom of the crockpot. 2. Place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes. 3. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, buttery garlic & herb seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder over everything. 4. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes. 5. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender. 6. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot. 7. Stir in the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. 8. Cover and cook another 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and creamy. 9.
