Definitely don’t make this 🫢 👇 I saw a version of this Sweet and Salty Snack Mix at the grocery and had to try it — it is the *best* combination of sweet and salty, so crunchy and satisfying 👌 Perfect for your movie nights, game day gatherings, or anytime snack cravings 💕 It’s totally addictive and perfect for sharing (but you won’t want to) RECIPE: 2 cups ripple chips 2 cups mini pretzels 2 cups caramel popcorn 2 cups Oreos (quartered, about 12-14) 200 grams white chocolate (about 1.5-2 cups chopped), melted over the stove with a double boiler Combine everything but chocolate on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle chocolate over and mix a little so every piece has a little chocolate. Let set in the fridge for 30 minutes or freezer for 5 minutes. I used better-for-you ingredients like @kindlingsnacks new Sugar Cookie flavored pretzels which have 7g of protein per serving, is made with whole grains and tastes SO GOOD! This is perfect for kids or a cute Valentine’s Day gift! Makes 16 servings: ~ 135 calories & 5g protein per serving! Ingredients: - 7 oz bag of pretzels (I’m obsessed with the @kindlingsnacks new sugar cookie flavor!) - 3 cups strawberry cereal (I used ‘three wishes’) - 2 cups freeze dried strawberries - 1 cup white chocolate chips (I used ‘enjoy life’) - 1 tbsp pink sprinkles (optional) Instructions: - Line a large tray with parchment paper. - Add the pretzels, cereal, and freeze dried strawberries to a large mixing bowl. - Melt the white chocolate in the microwave on 30 second increments, stirring until smooth. - Pour the melted white chocolate over the pretzel mixture and quickly stir with a spatula until everything is evenly coated. - Spread the mixture out on the tray. Ingredients 12 oz white chocolate chips 4 cup rice chex 2 cups pretzels 2 cups lightly crushed freeze dried strawberries 10 oz Valentine’s M&Ms (1 bag) 1/4 cup Valentine’s day sprinkles 1. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments. 2. Place the chex, pretzels, and freeze dried strawberries into bowl. Mix in the melted white chocolate until combined. Add the M&Ms and sprinkles and mix to combine. 3. Pour mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spread into a large even layer. Let sit until fully set. Break apart into pieces and enjoy!
