PODo you practice your spins outside of your program?
Ngl, the only points you should be losing on a spin is if it’s a fluke accident 😭
The major reason I see skaters losing points on spins is because they simply don’t practice them enough outside of the program.
My rec is to spend 10 min a training day doing 2-3x reps for every program spin. Getting the muscle memory down is how you hit it right every time in your program❤️
