Started by three sisters, the brand focuses on authentic Indonesian flavours with a modern twist. This is their second outlet after Toa Payoh, and the vibe here feels completely different. Quiet, green, and perfect for a slow morning. They open daily from 7.30am, with breakfast sets available till 11am. Their breakfast menu features a range of options like their signature brioche bun, french toast, banana bread, fried bee hoon, and Bakmi Manis. If I had to choose, the pandan kaya brioche bun was the highlight for me, warm, buttery and soft inside with a light crisp toast. Absolutely loved their Ayam Bakar… very flavourful marination and meat was also tender (though I’d definitely get the normal portion next time 😅😜). The dessert was super fragrant with the coconut milk 🥥 and the rice was also very soft!! 🍚 They’re known for their oxtail, so I’m going to try that next!!! 🤤 — #threebygaramika #springleaf #melmeleatsspringleaf
