Post Show Reverse HACKS 💯🔄 Reversing out of a show or diet phase can be EXTREMELY challenging! Hunger is through the ROOF Craving EVERYTHING My biggest THREE TIPS: 1. Stick to the same food sources you were eating during prep (You should of been enjoying these) 😅👀 Just eat MORE of it. For example keep that spud lite in, double up on those burger thins. Your digestive system has become so accustomed to these types of foods, suddenly throwing in alternatives you haven’t eaten for MONTHS will you nothing but distress, constipation, heart burns, bloating, not to mention the feeling of that you’ve just gained 10kg. I would personally also avoid dairy if you haven’t had it,‘you’ll become almost lactose intolerant and it will NOT sit well TRUST ME. 2. Get creative with your food, I’ve posted some chocolate brownies recipes give those ago, it’s simply the same foods just put together differently to create something more satisfying, reducing and limiting outside sources! My go two! Halo top Ice-cream, Blueberries, & banana brownies. I can have a HUGE bowl of this that tastes incredible without any guilt of digestive issues. 3. Try and limit your off plan meals or “cheat meals” to 1-2 per week just to avoid excess calories being consumed. Be smart- sushi, burger & fries, Turkish something pretty clean but FULL of flavour!
