🔴 صدور حکم اعد.ا.م برای ۴ معترض بر اساس گزارش منابع حقوق‌بشری، چهار معترض در قیام دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ به نام‌های: ▪️ محمدرضا مجیدی‌اصل ▪️ بیتا علی‌همتی ▪️ بهروز زمانی‌نژاد ▪️ کوروش زمانی‌نژاد توسط شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به اعد.ا.م محکوم شده‌اند. 🔻 این افراد در یک پرونده مشترک محاکمه شدند و متهم پنجم، امیرمحمد علی‌همتی، به ۵ سال و ۸ ماه زندان محکوم شده است. 🔻 در این میان، محمدرضا مجیدی‌اصل و بیتا علی‌همتی زن و شوهر هستند و امیرمحمد علی‌همتی برادر اوست. این فقط یک خبر نیست… چند زندگی در خطر است. 🔴 4 protesters sentenced to death According to human rights sources, four protesters from the January 2026 protests have been sentenced to death: ▪️ Mohammadreza Majidi-Asl ▪️ Bita Ali-Hemmati ▪️ Behrouz Zamani-Nejad ▪️ Kourosh Zamani-Nejad They were tried in a joint case by Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran. 🔻 A fifth defendant, Amirmohammad Ali-Hemmati, was sentenced to 5 years and 8 months in prison. 🔻 Mohammadreza Majidi-Asl and Bita Ali-Hemmati are a married couple, and Amirmohammad is her brother.
