As I get older, I realize how blessed we are to be able to move our bodies, pick up heavy weights, get stronger and keep on moving forward (even if we are a little sore every once in awhile)! . . Two new workouts were dropped this week on Get Healthy U TV > 👉 HIIT Arms & Abs 3 - This high intensity interval class specifically focuses on your upper body and core! You will do a series of exercises using the interval of 45 seconds of work/ 15 seconds of rest!! This workout is designed to increase upper body strength with the addition of core & balance exercises to sculpt your midsection. 👉 HIIT Body Blast 3 - This is a 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that looks like this: 1 Minute Dumbbell Strength 4 Rounds of Bodyweight Cardio (15 seconds on/ 15 seconds of rest) We call this a Body Blast because that’s truly what it is - you’ll blast through every body part from head to toe with strength and cardio intervals! . .
