You can do it too…but it’s time to do something different 😌… When Lalita joined @pulluprevolution her goal was to be the strongest version of herself at 50 years old…she started at 49 years old with zero pull-ups and by the time she turned 50 Lalita not only got her first pull-up but multiple, right home 🤯!! She’s now cranking out towel pull-ups & continuing to challenge herself in our strong feels good coaching program. This way of manifesting was developed by Noah St. John, a motivational speaker, author, and success coach. His work focuses on the idea that traditional affirmations often fail because we subconsciously doubt their truth. Instead, afformations work by posing positive, open-ended questions that prompt the brain to search for answers aligning with the desired outcome. For instance, instead of saying, “I am confident,” you might ask, “Why am I so confident and capable?” Noah discovered this method after struggling with his own limiting beliefs and observing others face similar challenges. His approach has gained recognition for being simple yet highly effective in rewiring negative thought patterns and fostering success. I’ll be sharing more about this form of healing soon and offering sessions as part of my spiritual work.
