TDR Explanation in 🇬🇧, 🇩🇪 and 🇷🇺👇 🇬🇧 In English 1. Butt roll: This helped me understand the motion without the fear of landing on my head or back. It also shows how important it is to lead with your hand and your swinging leg. 2. Add the jump: Now try adding a jump. As you can see, the first clip in step two looks a bit messy, but it’s important. It represents the worst-case scenario. From there, you can start adding more momentum through your jumping leg, swinging leg, and arm to generate more power and height. Then you get a clean TDR with both hands planted. 3. Remove the hand: If you get enough height, you’ll notice your first hand starts to feel unnecessary because it’s barely carrying any weight. Once that feeling becomes consistent, you can remove it, and tada, you’ve got a Touchdown Raiz (TDR). P.S.: A TDR where you keep the first hand planted is called a Scrubba. So you’re basically getting two tricks for the price of one. 🇩🇪 Auf Deutsch 1. Hintern rolle: Das hat mir geholfen, die Bewegung zu verstehen, ohne Angst davor zu haben, auf dem Kopf oder dem Rücken zu landen. Es zeigt auch, wie wichtig es ist, mit der Hand und dem Schwungbein voranzugehen. 2. Den Sprung hinzufügen: Versuche nun, einen Sprung hinzuzufügen. Wie du sehen kannst, sieht der erste Clip in Schritt zwei etwas chaotisch aus, aber er ist wichtig. Er stellt das Worst-Case-Szenario dar. Von dort aus kannst du beginnen, durch dein Sprungbein, dein Schwungbein und deinen Arm mehr Schwung aufzubauen, um mehr Kraft und Höhe zu erzeugen. Dann erhältst du einen sauberen TDR, bei dem beide Hände auf dem Boden aufliegen. 3. Die Hand wegnehmen: Wenn du genug Höhe erreichst, wirst du merken, dass sich deine erste Hand überflüssig anfühlt, da sie kaum noch Gewicht trägt. Sobald dieses Gefühl konstant auftritt, kannst du sie wegnehmen, und voilà, du hast einen Touchdown Raiz (TDR). P.S.: Ein TDR, bei dem du die erste Hand auf dem Boden lässt, nennt man einen Scrubba.
