✔️ No experience needed to start
✔️ Passion for motorsport
✔️ Ability to stay calm under pressure
✔️ Usually 18+ (some circuits 16+ or 21+)
✔️ Full training provided

🏁 MARSHAL ROLES AT F1:
🚧 Intervention – assist drivers & damaged cars
🛣️ Track – remove debris & keep the circuit safe
🏎️ Pit & Grid – manage start grid & pit lane ops
🚩 Flag – signal drivers with flags & lights
🔥 Fire / Medical – emergency response teams
