@julie.jageman.9 keeping me on my toes with these TRX pilates moves that anyone (yes, you too guys) can do! 1️⃣ TRX Kneeling airplanes, triceps, and stag (row/press): this one was great for getting my upper body fired up, with a main goal of keeping equal pressure on the straps throughout the series. 2️⃣ TRX Roll over / jackknife Teaser: perfect for overall stability and strength work for the core. Love the ability to be able to use the TRX straps to help me smoothly transition between moves vs. having to do it with bodyweight only. 3️⃣ TRX Star towards anchor, to lower/lift/sidekick, to away from anchor: this one was by far a balance challenge have to move the lower limb in different movement patterns and planes in motion, not to mention the nice burn (to almost cramp) on my glutes 😅 As I am expanding my exercise regiments to beyond just functional training, it’s great to see the challenge I get with these particular moves, not to mention the fact that it helps to call out my weak spots along the way.
