Last transfer Dylan and I waited until our blood test… and even though I’m feeling VERY tempted to test early this go around, I think we’re going to hold out. The advice you get for the TWW is built for physical recovery... rest, eat the pineapple, stay off your feet. None of it touches the mental spiral. By day 5 you’ll have convinced yourself it didn’t work even though it’s way too early to know anything. By day 7 you’ll have asked AI about every twinge. By day 9 you’ll be a person you don’t recognize.
