I met Rob the owner and he was not only on @foodnetwork @foodnetworkchopped but he won it as well!!! Roman pizza similar to Sicilian but it is baked in blue steel pans. The dough is fermented for 48-72 hours which creates a soft bubbly inside and crispy bottom. This longer process makes it easier to digest and metabolize. This pizza is fantastic and there is so many options you can get a different slice every day for weeks. This is a Selective Eat!!!
