Ingredients
• 1 cup soaked rice
• 1 boiled potato (mashed)
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 2 red chilies paste
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves
• ½ tsp jeera
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
Method
1️⃣ Grind soaked rice to a coarse mixture (not smooth).
2️⃣ Add mashed boiled potato, chopped onion, red chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, jeera and salt.
3️⃣ Mix everything well to make a thick mixture.
4️⃣ Heat oil for deep frying.
5️⃣ Drop small portions of the mixture into hot oil.
6️⃣ Fry until golden brown and crispy.
7️⃣ Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
