DAUn grand merci aux habitants de la rue du Petit Gril qui nous ont alertés sur les travaux en cours. Précision utile : la vidéo a été tournée avant les derniers “aménagements” — c’est-à-dire un simple coup de peinture sur le bitume et deux plots en plastique pour empêcher le stationnement.
Soyons clairs : si les riverains avaient été consultés, ces choix n’auraient probablement jamais été retenus. Et, ironie du sort, ces bricolages ne sont même pas inclus dans les 146 000 € déjà dépensés… Chacun pourra apprécier le niveau d’expertise mobilisé.
Combien de temps encore faudra-t-il attendre pour avoir un véritable chef de chantier, un vrai coordinateur des travaux ? Après 30 ans de gestion, en être encore là… c’est épuisant.

BRWe decided to buy a brownstone together on our very first date 👀
Taking a bike ride through Brooklyn, we bonded over our shared love of classic brownstone stoops with potted plants, twinkle lights, and neighbors chilling on summer nights. In Brooklyn your front stoop is basically your garden, and we promised each other that if we ever bought a brownstone we’d make our stoop a Bed-Stuy paradise.
Now that it’s getting warmer, it’s time to live up to that promise!
We gave our door a fresh coat of paint (don’t worry, this door was NOT original to the brownstone), added some adorable plants, a new doormat and two wreaths from @shopterrain. We even found a cute rechargeable lamp for summer stoop nights. 🌙
