Here are some things I personally stay away from when looking for dressings: -refined oils like canola, soybean, and other veg oils -refined sugars and corn syrup -Gums and thickeners -And other preservatives such as Calcium Sodium EDTA

If you’ve ever been curious to try out fennel this is a perfect recipe. Simple, real delicious food, they way it should be enjoyed 🙌🏼 Thinly shave fennel, you can use a sharp knife or mandolin. Cut your sweet cherry tomatoes in half. Toss together with kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Add in cucumbers. Toss together and garish with a drizzle of @pompeian extra virgin olive oil and fennel fronds if you’re feeling fancy. That’s it! Enjoy💚
