Lunch date at VUE for a very special seasonal menu they’re currently running. We loved the view and even more so with the restaurant’s collaboration with Classic Fine Foods, showcasing seasonal winter produce in their ‘An Ode to Winter’s Elegance’ menu. The multi-course menu spotlights fine produce, with selected courses featuring Cinq Degrés Ouest Blue Lobster and Zeeland Yellowtail Kingfish from The Kingfish Company, interpreted through VUE’s modern grill approach. Lunch started with a delicious starters of wagyu beef carpaccio and Zeeland kingfish tataki, followed by a standout highlight —the grilled 5DO blue lobster tail, complemented by a vibrant orange gastrique, green asparagus and bisque gratin. For mains, we had the Zeeland Kingfish with ginger yuzu marinade, where the fish’s natural flavours truly shine, and the indulgent Beef Duo of A5 Kokuou & braised beef cheek, before ending on a sweet note with the Hojicha Chestnut Pear and the refreshing Garden of Citrus with mandarin orange sorbet. ‘An Ode to Winter’s Elegance’ menu is available till 22 Mar 2026 at Vue. . . . . @vuesingapore @classicfinefoodssg @thekingfishcompany @cinqdegresouest
