Je vous partage un dessert qu’on adore :
Carrés de pâte à biscuits au chocolat (sans cuisson)
aka des Kimmie Cups 😋
Ingrédients (pour environ 20 petits carrés)
Base
• 1 tasse de beurre d’arachide (ou d’amandes) coulant
• ½ tasse de sirop d’érable (ou du miel)
• 1 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille
• ½ c. à thé de sel
• 1 tasse de farine d’amande
• ¼ tasse de farine de coco
• ½ tasse de pépites de chocolat
Garniture
• ½ tasse de pépites de chocolat
• 2 c. à table d’huile de coco

Préparation
1. Mélanger les ingrédients secs
2. Mélanger les ingrédients liquides et ensuite les combiner aux ingrédients secs. Bien brasser.
3. Presser dans un plat tapissé de papier parchemin et placer au congélateur.
4. Faire fondre le chocolat et l’huile de coco, puis verser sur la base.
5. Remettre au congélateur, ajouter une pincée de sel (optionnel) après ~10 minutes.
6. Laisser figer 20 minutes puis couper en carrés.

👉 À déguster directement en sortant… ça fond vite dans les doigts!

Eva sagt: „Stress ist mehr als ein Gefühl. Stress ist kein leiser Gast. Er hinterlässt Spuren in jedem Organ, in jeder Zelle. Die Weltgesundheitsorganisation zählt ihn heute zu den größten Gesundheitsrisiken der westlichen Welt.
Warum fällt es so schwer, einfach da zu sein? Vielleicht, weil wir Stillstand mit Kontrollverlust verwechseln von Klein auf lernen wir: wer rastet, der rostet. Wer pausiert, verliert. Und so hetzen wir durch den Tag, nicht aus Freiheit, sondern aus Gewohnheit. Stillstand wird verdächtig, als müsste man sich rechtfertigen, nur weil man ruht. Doch darin liegt ein Irrtum: nicht das Tempo entscheidet, sondern die Richtung. Stell dir eine Fahrt durchenge Kurven vor. Wer rast, verliert die Kontrolle. Nur wer bremst, kann lenken.“
