Make the glutes work without dumping it into your lower back or wrenching your knee. With a swing… head stays in line with spine… but it’s a hinge power move. Lower daily volume on each specific muscle group will mean easier recovery, and that can be great for consistency, joint sanity, or if I’m in a fat loss phase.
