People often ask me what the “secret” to transformation is. The truth? There is no secret. It’s not the perfect workout plan, it’s not the perfect diet, it’s not waiting for motivation to strike. It’s consistency. It’s giving what you have—whether that’s one minute or one hour—every single day. Because the moment you honor your commitment to yourself, even in the smallest way, you begin to build momentum. And that momentum compounds into something unstoppable. Discipline and consistency are acts of love. Love for your body. Love for your mind. Love for your future self.
