BOWhat do you think about this situation?? I absolutely understand food and safety and upholding the law in regards to making sure that your patrons are aware of the rating of the restaurant. Especially considering the safety and health risks when it is food that is potentially raw because I don't know if they're serving sushi or anything like that. Its very shady to take that sign down multiple times. That's so suspicious
That being said, I can't help also being put off this inspectors approached to offering his services. I'm torn because she's wrong the grade needs to be up. Her stress is palpable through the screen. However, something about the way the services were offered is off-putting. I do want to ask what the opinions are?
I know as a patron I don't want to be eating c-rated food service food. Just to add an update that restaurant has since made a correction to their standards and they are now at an A a in terms of rating. I don't think they took advantage of his offer. I think they went with another party to get back into good standing. Yeah let me know what you think. I have never seen anything quite like this. It felt almost like I was watching a TV show. I have never seen an independent contractor with this kind of approach before when offering services. 😂
