Perfect for this busy season & the tastiest way to elevate your tuna salad game!   Full recipe below.👇🏼 or comment RECIPE and I’ll send it to you! 🙂   INGREDIENTS •1 can skipjack tuna, 5 oz, I use @wildplanetfoods •2 Tbsp greek yogurt •½ Tbsp dijon mustard or regular mustard •Juice of ½ a lemon (about 1 Tbsp) •¼ cup corn •¼ cup red onion, diced (ab ¼ of an onion) •1 Tbsp dill relish or capers •½ tsp garlic powder •¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheese of choice •1 wrap, at least 10 in in size (burrito sized) I use @sietefoods or @latortillafactory brand   DIRECTIONS • Drain tuna. In a medium bowl combine tuna with Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, lemon juice, corn, red onion, relish, & garlic powder. • Add a layer of shredded cheese on the end of the wrap closest to you, leaving at least an inch of space on the sides and bottom edge. Add the tuna mixture on top of the cheese.
•To wrap, fold sides of tortilla toward the middle. Then fold the bottom of the tortilla and tuck the edges of the wrap under. Roll the tortilla away from you to the edge.
•Heat a skillet or grill pan on medium heat and add a bit of olive oil. Place the wrap on the skillet, seam side down. Let it heat for about 3 - 4 min, gently pressing on it a couple of times while it heats. Flip & heat another 2-3 minutes 👉🏼Hint: Use a burrito-sized wrap or tortilla! If you prefer, make it into 2 smaller wraps by dividing the tuna mixture between two smaller regular-sized tortillas.

Ingredients: * 2 hard-boiled eggs * 1 can of tuna, drained * 1 tbsp mayo * 0.5 tsp mustard * 50 g cream cheese * 0.5 tbsp freshly chopped garlic (stalk/germ removed) * Salt and pepper, to taste * 2 spring onions, finely chopped * 4 slices of baguette, buttered and fried Instructions:
1️⃣ Mash and Mix: In a bowl, mash the hard-boiled eggs. Add the drained tuna, mayo, mustard, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined. Fold in the chopped spring onions.
2️⃣ Toast the Bread: Butter the baguette slices and fry in a skillet until crispy and golden.

Can all “healthy food” be this delicious please?? This one’s a recipe I’m “playing with” that isn’t on my website yet. Literally just had it for lunch not one hour ago! I’m sharing it because when I did a bunch of stories over the Christmas break (as you do when you spend way too much time doing nothing), I was quite surprised at how many people expressed interest in more raw fish recipes! So here’s one for you. You’d pay $30 if not $40 for this plate with about 120g of fish on it at a modern Asian restaurant here in Sydney. You’ll save a bomb by making it yourself! - N x ❤️ PS Sashimi grade tuna at the fish markets is ~$80/kg, but I’ve seen it for extortionately high prices elsewhere, up to $160/kg. I almost had a heart attack. TUNA TATAKI 150 - 250g sashimi grade piece of tuna Sesame oil Salt and pepper Black and white sesame seeds Finely sliced green onion for sprinkling Tuna tataki Japanese ginger sauce (based on a Tetsuya recipe): 1 tsp white sugar 2 tsp Japanese soy sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tsp mirin 3 tbsp grapeseed or vegetable oil (or other neutral oil) 2 tsp sesame oil, toasted 1 1/2 tsp grated ginger 1. Drizzle tuna with sesame oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll in sesame seeds (I use about 3/4 white and 1/4 black), it will stick. Heat veg oil in non-stick pan until very very hot then sear each side for just 10 seconds (I find it easiest to turn using fingers, least sesame loss). Transfer to plate, freeze 30 min (makes it easier to slice thinly without surface crumbling). 2. Whisk dressing ingredients. Slice tuna thinly and lay on plate, mostly flat, tiny bit overlapping is fine. Leave for 10 min to bring to room temp. Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with green onions, devour and feel smug at how much money you saved! #recipetineats #tunarecipes

I really do be making these on REPEAT… Let me know in the comments what other flavour combos you’d like me to try 🫡 Ingredients (makes 3 onigiris): 1 tin of tuna 250-300g cooked sushi rice Furikake seasoning Rice wine vinegar Maggi seasoning @maggi_uk Sriracha @sriracha_fg racha Light cream cheese / or mayo Spring onion Nori strips for wrapping (optional) Recipe: Cook sushi rice and season with a good dash of rice wine vinegar, maggi seasoning and 1 tbsp furikake seasoning. Mix tuna with 1 tbsp of sriracha, 1 tbsp, cream cheese, a dash of maggis & a sprinkle of chopped spring onion. Adjust to taste as needed. E.g. more sriracha for a spicier filling. Fill the onigiri mould with the sushi rice, placing a good scoop of tuna in the middle. Repeat. Add optional nori strip for a finishing touch ✨
