The political fire is RAGING. 🔥 Megyn Kelly didn't hold back, unleashing a scorching take on Senator Lindsey Graham's recent interview, zeroing in on his aggressive foreign policy stance, perceived influence, and alarming statements regarding US involvement in the Middle East. From threatening allies to conflicting messages on the conflict's scope—the scrutiny is intense. Unpacking Netanyahu's Seven US Visits in a Year: Insights into Diplomatic Dynamics Recent discussions note Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's seven trips to the US since February 2025, focusing on Gaza, Iran, and alliance strengthening with President Trump. Historically, US-Israel relations began in 1948, evolving through security pacts and annual aid of about $3.8 billion plus supplements. This process involves congressional approvals and executive agreements, aiming for regional stability. Views differ: Some emphasize mutual defense benefits, while others explore economic implications for both nations. Why it matters: Shapes international alliances and resource distribution. What role do you think historical alliances play in modern foreign policy decisions? #USIsraelRelations #DiplomaticVisits #ForeignPolicy #GlobalAlliances

Sittung next to US Vice President JD Vance and not too far from President Donald Trump, United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio said yesterday that Cuba “has to get new people in charge.” Rubio, who appears to be Trump’s closest advisor on foreign policy, Trump continues to heap pressure on the island nation of Cuba, after the US administration has taken over Venezuela and arrested President Nicolas Maduro. Rubio made the comment during an Oval Office event, saying Cuba “has an economy that doesn’t work in a political and governmental system.” In the meantime, the US has continued to impose a de facto fuel embargo on Cuba since the military operations in Venezuelan. The threat of sanctions against any country that delivers fuel to the island has worsened a years-long economic crisis and stoked humanitarian fallout. Rubio said that Cuba’s decision announced this week to let citizens living in exile invest and own businesses in the country did not go far enough. Trump’s top diplomat stated: “What they announced yesterday is not dramatic enough. It’s not going to fix it. So they’ve got some big decisions to make.” For his part, Trump said earlier this week he could “take” Cuba. The President has previously floated a “friendly takeover” of the island country and warned a new action was imminent. Trump stated yesterday: “We’ll be doing something with Cuba very soon.” #diplomacy #digitaldiplomacy

Stagflation is a very rare economic disaster and a very real possibility because of the US/Israel decision to bomb Iran. First and foremost the horror of what is being done to civilians in West Asia - Lebanon, Palestine, Iran and surrounding states needs to be your first thought. It should not take an economic crisis to recognise human misery. You are going to be hearing about stagflation though, so here is a quick whoosh whoosh and just further, secondary evidence of the harm caused by US foreign policy.

The Iran Strike That Was Cancelled — And What the World May Have Missed President Trump’s last-minute decision to cancel the planned Iran strike triggered global debate. Some called it hesitation. Others called it restraint. But moments like this often carry strategic layers beyond what appears on the surface. When military escalation seems imminent, defensive systems activate, leadership movements accelerate, communications shift, and emergency protocols engage. These moments can create rare intelligence visibility that reshapes how nations understand one another. This video explores whether the cancellation may have been part of a broader strategic calculus — and what it tells us about modern warfare, signaling, and geopolitical decision-making. ▶ Watch the full breakdown: https://altasworldnews.com https://www.youtube.com/@AltasWorldNews Follow Altas World News for global perspective and analysis: 📘 https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61582829582611 📸 https://www.instagram.com/altasworldnews/ 💼 https://www.linkedin.com/company/altas-world-news-corp/ #Geopolitics #MilitaryStrategy #GlobalAffairs #InternationalRelations #USForeignPolicy #StrategicAnalysis #DefensePolicy #SecurityStudies #ModernWarfare #PoliticalAnalysis #WorldNews #GlobalPolitics #ForeignPolicy #IntelligenceAnalysis #AltasWorldNews

Major Gulf nations including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar are reportedly engaged in high-level discussions regarding the potential withdrawal from existing contracts with the United States. 📉 This development follows a period of intense regional instability and marks a significant shift in the longstanding economic and security partnerships between Washington and these key Middle Eastern allies. 🤝🚫 The discussions are centered on a wide range of agreements, including defense procurement, energy partnerships, and infrastructure development. 🏗️⚡ Analysts suggest that these nations are seeking greater strategic autonomy and a diversification of their global partnerships in response to changing geopolitical dynamics. 🌏 The move comes as several Gulf states express growing concern over the impact of current U.S. regional policies on their own national security and economic interests. 🛡️ A collective withdrawal from these contracts would represent one of the most substantial ruptures in U.S.-Gulf relations in recent decades. ⚠️ Historically, these contracts have been the bedrock of U.S. influence in the region, providing a framework for military cooperation and massive trade flows. 🚢 If these discussions lead to formal terminations, it could open the door for increased competition from other global powers seeking to fill the strategic vacuum. 🏛️ The international business community is monitoring these talks closely, as any major shift could disrupt global supply chains and significantly alter the landscape of international finance and defense. 📊 For now, the focus remains on whether diplomatic channels can address the underlying grievances and prevent a total reset of these historic alliances. 🕊️ #GulfNews #USForeignPolicy #BreakingNews #geopolitics

Why Trump Says the US “Needs” Greenland and Why Europe Disagrees? US President Donald Trump has once again stirred international debate by repeating his claim that the United States needs Greenland for national security reasons. Speaking to reporters, Trump argued that the Arctic island’s strategic location and mineral resources make it vital for American defence interests. His remarks quickly drew sharp responses from both Denmark and Greenland, with leaders firmly rejecting any suggestion of annexation. Greenland’s Prime Minister Jens Frederik Nielsen dismissed the idea as unrealistic, stressing that discussions must respect international law and sovereignty. Denmark’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen also made it clear that the US has no legal right to take control of Greenland, noting that the territory falls under Nato’s security umbrella and already hosts a defence agreement with Washington. The renewed tension comes at a sensitive time, following recent US actions in Venezuela and growing concerns in Europe about American foreign policy assertiveness. While Greenland enjoys wide self-rule and many residents support eventual independence, polls show strong opposition to becoming part of the US. The EU's foreign policy chief, Kaja Kallas, hit back at US Secretary of State Marco Rubio's comments about free speech - pointing out that the US is ranked 58 on the world press freedom list. Estonia, where Kallas is from, is ranked second. Earlier, in her speech to the Munich Security Conference, Kallas also hit back at Rubio's warning of 'civilisational erasure', pointing out that many countries - including 40% of Canadians - want to join the EU. #News #Channel4News #Kallas #EU #Rubio #Politics

“American sanctions from 1971 to 2021… murdered 38 million people.” Speaking at an event at the University of Chicago Graham School, political scientist John Mearsheimer criticised US foreign policy and cited a report by The Lancet that says US sanctions have killed 38 million people worldwide. Mearsheimer argued that the US uses “tremendous economic leverage” to impose sanctions that intentionally cause suffering and hardship, aiming to incite uprisings against governments in targeted countries. He said that is what is being done in places like Venezuela, Cuba and Iran most recently. According to the report by The Lancet, unilateral sanctions imposed by the US and EU since 1970 are associated with 38 million deaths. In some years during the 1990s, more than a million people were killed. In 2021, the most recent year for which data is available, sanctions resulted in over 800,000 deaths The very top line appears cut off, so the beginning before “American sanctions…” is not fully visible. #USSancions #Mearsheimer #SanctionsKill #38MillionDeaths #EconomicWarfare Imperialism
