VIاین سبک خانهها (Hobbit House یا خانههای هابیت)
۱. خانه کاملاً در دل تپه یا شیب زمین دفن میشود؛ فقط نمای سنگی با در گرد چوبی بزرگ دیده میشود و سقف سبز زنده (خاک و چمن) آن را بخشی طبیعی از منظره میکند.
۲. ساختار اصلی از کانتینرهای فلزی حملونقل ساخته شده که ارزان، مدولار و مقاوم است، اما کاملاً پنهان میماند و با فرمهای منحنی، سنگ محلی و چوب طبیعی پوشانده میشود.
۳. درهای گرد بزرگ و پنجرههای کوچک فرو رفته مستقیماً از داستانهای تالکین الهام گرفته و حس افسانهای و دستساز بودن را القا میکنند.
۴. این طراحی بیوفیلیک است: انسان را با طبیعت پیوند میدهد، حس امنیت غریزی (مانند غار یا لانه) ایجاد میکند و از نظر روانشناختی بسیار آرامشبخش و «بازگشتی به ریشهها» است.
۵. نتیجه، خانهای پایدار با مصرف انرژی بسیار کم، مقاومت بالا در برابر شرایط جوی و فضایی جادویی، گرم و رویایی است که مرز بین معماری مدرن و افسانه را محو میکند.

4. This design is biophilic: it reconnects people with nature, instills a primal sense of security (like a cave or burrow), and is deeply calming psychologically, feeling like a “return to roots.”
5. The result is a highly sustainable home with very low energy consumption, strong resistance to weather extremes, and a magical, warm, dreamy space that blurs the boundary between modern architecture and legend.
