I hear that one all the time.
And it’s 100% false!
Union tradespeople go through some of the most structured apprenticeship and training programs in the country. Years of classroom education. Thousands of on-the-job hours. Continuous certifications.
They aren’t cutting corners — they’re building some of America’s biggest, most complex projects:
Data centers. Chip plants. Stadiums. Hospitals. Power plants.
Skill doesn’t have a union card. Work ethic doesn’t have a label.
Hard work is hard work.
Let’s stop dividing the trades and start respecting the craft.
