WE🍝✨ LAZY GIRL PASTA w Garlic Bread
The “PUUR-fect” and my FAV lunch of the week.

Creamy. Spicy. Garlicky.
Basically what we make when we want effort-level 2 but taste-level 10 💅🔥
🛒 Ingredients
For the Pasta:
• 8–9 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 tsp maida
• ½ cup milk
• 1 cheese slice
• ½ cup Habanero’s Spicy Pasta Sauce @habanero_foods available on @swiggyindia
• 300 g cooked pasta
• ½ cup salted pasta water
• Chilli flakes (as per taste)
• Pasta seasoning
• Parmesan cheese @dlectaproducts (as per taste)
For the Garlic Bread:
• Butter
• Chilli flakes
• 2–3 crushed garlic cloves
• Bread loaf (cut into slices)
👩🏻🍳 Method
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta as per packet instructions. Salt the water properly — it should taste like the sea 🌊
Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
🍝 Pasta Sauce
1️⃣ In a pan, heat oil + butter.
2️⃣ Add chopped garlic and sauté till golden and fragrant.
3️⃣ Add maida and sauté for a few seconds.
4️⃣ Pour in milk, mix continuously to avoid lumps.
5️⃣ Add cheese slice and let it melt.
6️⃣ Stir in Habanero’s Spicy Pasta Sauce.
7️⃣ Add chilli flakes + pasta seasoning.
8️⃣ Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Cover and let it cook for a few minutes so everything comes together.
9️⃣ Finish with freshly grated parmesan on top 🤍
🥖 Garlic Bread
Mix butter + crushed garlic + chilli flakes.
Spread generously on bread slices.
Sear on a pan from both sides till golden and crispy.
Serve hot with extra parmesan on top because we don’t measure cheese in this house 🧀✨
