THHands of Mercy Needed at the National Shrine
Father Chris Alar, MIC, calls the faithful to become the hands and feet of Christ’s mercy this Divine Mercy Weekend, April 11‑12. The celebration will draw thousands, and the Shrine requires devoted volunteers to ensure that every pilgrim experiences the love of God.
We have an urgent need for ushers and gift‑shop volunteers Each task, though modest, becomes a channel of Divine Mercy when performed with love.
If God has placed in your heart a desire to serve, answer this clarion call. Volunteering at the Shrine not only supports the celebration but also deepens your own communion with Christ. The act of welcoming a pilgrim mirrors the Gospel invitation to “welcome the stranger."

RAThe National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion visiting for the our Lady of Guadalupe pilgrimage, preparing to consecrate the show on March 12 to our Lady of Guadalupe. We launched the show here back in August on the assumption. On the way here from Florida, my layover was at the Atlanta airport. I stopped by the chapel and found a beautiful prayer card for Micah Kim.

NEWay of the Cross at Mary Immaculate Parish ✝️
For the past few Fridays, I’ve been arriving late, so I usually join my brothers at the seminary for the 6 PM Way of the Cross 🧑🤝🧑🧑🤝🧑
This week, though, I finally made it on time and was able to join our parish’s Way of the Cross 🙏🏼
It was a blessing to walk and pray with the community, and I was also able to attend Holy Mass afterward ⛪️
Everyone is welcome to join us for the next two Fridays at 5 PM, assembly is at the parish grounds 👣
