On September 16, 2025, a congressional subcommittee met under the title “Playing God with the Weather: A Disastrous Forecast.” The focus was the Clear Skies Act, a proposed federal ban on geoengineering and weather modification.
Testimony during the hearing outlined years of experimentation with weather manipulation — including cloud seeding, aerosol spraying, and solar engineering — carried out by government agencies and private corporations.
What often gets ignored in these conversations is a simple fact: whatever goes up eventually comes back down. We breathe it in. It settles into the soil. It lands on our food supply. Elevated aluminum levels have been found in soil samples across the U.S., and this is one possible explanation.
