Spent a few hours on Sunday and set our whole week up for success 🙌 This week I went HEAVY on breakfast because that’s been our struggle area lately. If one meal is hard for you right now, focus your prep there first—it makes such a difference! Here’s what we made: ✨ Breakfast bagel sandwiches ✨ Veggie egg bake ✨ Frozen yogurt PB bites ✨ Homemade deli turkey ✨ Hard boiled eggs ✨ Granola bars (Kitchen Collective exclusive!) ✨ Chia seed pudding ✨ Homemade Ritz crackers (Kitchen Collective exclusive!) ✨ Snack packs ✨ Dinner roll restock ✨ Seasoned pot roast for this week’s dinner! When real food is THIS easy to grab, we actually eat it. No more scrambling on busy mornings or reaching for expensive processed options when we’re all hangry 😅 The bagels, granola bars, and Ritz crackers are exclusive recipes to my recipe books / kitchen collective members! POV: it’s meal prep time 👌 Simple meals but they do the trick :) The Deets: Rice: -Jasmine rice with coconut oil + salt Beef: - Onion and red pepper fried in olive oil - Ground beef fried - excess fat drained - Added: salt, garlic powder Chicken in instant pot - 3 packages of chicken, - 2 packages of fajita mix - 3-4 cups water (until chicken is submerged) - Pressure cook for 10 minutes - Then let sit for as long as you want to make it more tender *I suggest at least 2 hours *when shredding the chicken keep some of the liquid in the pot still My meals (rectangle containers) - Lunch & dinner 1. Ground beef + rice - I add soya sauce and honey before eating 2. Shredded chicken, rice & broccoli - I will typically fry this meal up at night before eating with some olive oil and add soya sauce. #Mealprep #weeklymealprep #meals

Then prep your hot honey bowls and while they bake make your salad jars. When the hot honey chicken is done decrease oven temp to 325F and bake the protein cookies while you assemble the bowls! BAM! Meal prep done in less than 1 hour for the week! BREAKFAST: Blueberry Overnight Oats 1/2 cup oats 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1/2 cup high-protein Greek yogurt 1/2 cup almond milk 1 - 2 tsp maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup fresh/frozen blueberries 1/2 tsp cinnamon Blueberries and coconut flakes for topping LUNCH: Power Salads Dressing at bottom (olive oil, 1tsp Dijon mustard, 1Tbsp ACV, 1tsp honey) 1/3c Cherry tomatoes 1/3c Apples 1/3c Garbanzo beans 1/4c red onion 1/4c dried cranberries 1/4c walnuts 1/4c walnuts Sprinkle feta Spinach/Greens DINNER: Hot Honey Bowls 2-3 chicken breasts 2-3 sweet potatoes 1/2 red onion 1 jalapeño Garlic powder Paprika Chili or cayenne powder Salt & pepper Olive oil Feta cheese Honey or hot honey DESSERT: Protein cookies 1 ripe banana 1/2c almond / peanut butter 11/2 scoops Level 1 protein Optional: chocolate chips & sea salt #mealprep #weeklymealprep #iam1stphorm

Meal 1: •ground beef & rice Meal 2: •chicken •roasted potatoes •steamed broccoli We both workout/train daily hence why we eat a certain way to preform our best. These meals are what works for us — our goals and lifestyle. Both of us are also not very picky when it comes to meals and can eat the same thing for months without getting tired of it. Meal prepping is not a cheat code for success, but it sure does keep you on track with your diet. And for us, it saves us a significant amount of money rather than eating out.
