I’ve been using a Wilfa coffee grinder for years and was so excited when I heard they were launching more of their range here in the UK. I’ve been using the products for six months now and can’t wait to show you what they can offer. To kick off my role as ambassador I have one of the Wilfa Pro Baker mixers to give away. This is a mixer I’ve been using everyday for the past six months and it’s a brilliant piece of kit.
The Pro Baker is an incredibly powerful mixer with a 700w motor, and the capacity to make five loaves (5kg) of bread dough. In my experience I also found it much quieter than other mixtures and much more stable. Because the bowl and the attachment spin it is also more efficient and a dream for bread bakers. The various attachments also sit very closely to the bowl so everything mixes really efficiently. I’ll be showing you an amazing recipe using the mixer later in the week but for now, let’s get to the competition!
