Follow me for honest study & work abroad advice, and save this if you’re in your late 20s or early 30s planning to move abroad. If you’re 28–35 and wondering whether moving abroad is still possible as an Indian — the answer is yes, but the strategy is very different from a 21–22 year old student. Here’s the reality: • You can’t choose random degrees anymore. At 30, a master’s should lead to clear job outcomes. Programs like data analytics, supply chain, engineering management, sustainability, healthcare, or tech-related degrees are usually safer than generic programs. • Your work experience becomes your biggest asset. Someone with 5–8 years of experience can actually be more attractive to employers abroad than a fresh graduate. Example: A marketing professional could pivot into digital marketing analytics, or a mechanical engineer could move into industrial engineering or robotics programs in Europe. • Your country choices may need to change. Many people still only think of US or Canada, but experienced professionals often find better opportunities in: Germany Netherlands Ireland Austria Nordic countries These countries value skills and work experience, not just age. • Financial planning matters more. Instead of expensive private universities, look at public universities in Europe, scholarships, or programs that allow part-time work and post-study work visas. • Flexibility becomes important. You may need to learn a new language, choose a different city, or start with a slightly different role before moving into your ideal career. The biggest mistake I see people make in their 30s is thinking “I’m too late.” In reality, many people move abroad between 28–35, but they do it with a clearer strategy. Comment GUIDE if you want resources on realistic pathways, scholarships, and countries where experienced professionals still have opportunities. study abroad after 30, moving abroad for Indians, masters abroad after 30, work abroad opportunities Europe, study in Europe for Indians, career abroad strategy #studyabroad #workabroad #indiansabroad #studyineurope #careergrowth

I helped 15,000 Americans last year figure out how to move abroad 🌍✈️ - and many of them were W-2 employees, salaried professionals, and people who thought: “I can’t move to Europe because I don’t own a business.” 💻 But that’s not always true. A lot of Americans are realizing there are real pathways to Europe that don’t require you to be rich, retired, or a full-time entrepreneur. Some are transitioning into remote roles. Some are using savings strategically. Some are looking at study visas, non-lucrative visas, digital nomad visas, or other residency options depending on their situation. 🧭 The problem is most people never get that far because they assume their job situation automatically disqualifies them. It doesn’t. You don’t need to have your entire life figured out before you start exploring this. You just need to understand what options actually exist for someone with your income, timeline, and lifestyle goals. 🇪🇸🇵🇹🇫🇷🇮🇹 And if you’re sitting at your desk in America thinking, “I cannot do this for another 20 years”… I want you to know there may be a real path out. 👀 👇🏽 Comment “ABROAD” and I’ll send you my free masterclass on how Americans are moving overseas with more clarity and confidence. 👋🏼 Follow @shawnalumm for practical, no-fluff advice on how to move overseas. #MoveAbroad #MoveToEurope #AmericansAbroad #DigitalNomadVisa #WorkAbroad MoveOverseasNow

Why you should not do it👇 1. The space. You will never tolerate being crowded again. Ever. Consider yourself warned. 2. The calm. No rushing. No honking. No stress. You will realise how exhausted your normal life made you. You can’t unknow this. 3. The weekends. A weekend feels like a holiday. Sunshine. Outside. Alive. You will never survive a grey Sunday again. ☀️ 4. For your kids. Outside every single day. In actual sunshine. You will feel guilty they ever lived anywhere else. 👶 5. The fruit. The mangoes will destroy you. There is no going back to other mangoes. I’m so sorry. 🥭 6. The beauty. We expected dust and desert. Perth is green. Lush. Stunning. So pretty, you can’t believe your eyes. Nobody warned us. Now I’m warning you. Don’t come. It’s too good. After living in Japan for over 9 months now these are some insights I believe you need to know before moving here on your first WHV yourself: 1. Cash is still king, especially outside big cities 2. Basic Japanese goes a long way because English is limited especially in the country side 3. Get Health insurance for long stays, it’s really cheap anyways 4. Public transport is excellent in cities, not so in the countryside 5. Convenience stores are fun but the nice meals are definitely found in the big supermarkets Follow @lifewithlocalbritt to discover more insights I find helpful when staying here on your WHV.🤝 . . . . . . #workabroad #workaway #seasonaljob #workingholidayvisa #dayinmylifejapan

There’s a window where living and working abroad is dramatically easier. 🌍 If you’re under 30 (sometimes even 35) entire countries quietly open up to you. New Zealand. Australia. The UK. And many more. Most people don’t realize they qualify until they’re almost aging out. ⏳ The difference? Trying to piece it together alone on savings… vs. starting with income and structure. Global Work & Travel helps you: • secure a job before you arrive • navigate the visa process step by step • sort accommodation • even get TEFL certified if you want to teach So you’re not landing somewhere hoping it works. ✈️ Programs can run a few weeks, a few months, a full year… sometimes longer. You choose the timeline. If “live abroad” has been sitting quietly in the back of your mind… this is your sign. Comment ABROAD and I’ll send you the details. Use code LGP for $100 off. Don’t age out of an opportunity you didn’t even know you had. 🔓 #workabroad #travelinyour20s #travelabroad #workandtravel A D |
