Here’s my workout: *Jump rope warmup *Bulgarian split squats (I did light “feeder” sets and worked up to a heavy working set with 70 additional pounds via weighted vest + kettlebell) *Step ups (not in the video) *Accel + Decel lunges w/ a kettlebell *Hip thrusts (not in the video) And I finished up with jumping rope again — 2 sets of 100 jumps. Every little bit counts! And every day is an opportunity to get better. ✊🏽
