1. A – Must-Do Tasks (High Priority):
These are critical tasks that have serious consequences if not completed. For example, an important meeting or a project deadline. Always tackle these first.
2. B – Should-Do Tasks (Medium Priority):
These tasks are important but not as urgent. While they won’t result in major problems if left undone for a short time, they still require attention, like replying to non-urgent emails.
3. C – Nice-to-Do Tasks (Low Priority):
These tasks have little to no consequences if left undone, such as organizing your desk or socializing with coworkers. They can be postponed if necessary.
4. D – Delegate Tasks:
These are tasks that can and should be assigned to someone else. Learning to delegate helps free up your time for higher-priority tasks.
5. E – Eliminate Tasks:
These are unimportant tasks that don't add value to your goals or productivity. Eliminating them ensures you focus only on what truly matters.
