Over the past two weeks, I’ve been switching off my phone at 8pm and embracing new nightly rituals using @papier and @aeryliving to help my mind and body unwind💆🏼♀️🌙
Saying ‘goodnight’ to my phone for two weeks was tough, but guess what? My sleep is now on cloud nine, and my energy levels are living their best life! 💤 It’s been a journey to recharge and feel energised! Who knew a digital detox could feel this good?🌟
