I once attended an African business conference at Wharton and was blown away by what young Africans are building.
Some of today’s “small” startups will become tomorrow’s unicorns.
And imagine being able to say:
“I helped build that.”
Yes, big foreign companies pay well.
But they also demand high experience and polished skill sets.
Startups give you something powerful:
• Hands-on learning
• Real responsibility
• Faster growth
• Direct impact
You don’t just work.
You build.
Sometimes the smartest career move isn’t chasing what everyone else wants, it’s backing something early and growing with it.
