I’m excited to share this entrepreneurial side and how I reached the top 10% of Airbnb‘s in my area in 5 years. I own an operate 2 successful Airbnb’s in Washington State, while living in California 🤪 it definitely has had its difficulties and failures along the way, but is also fulfilling and quite profitable if you have the right listing and tools. My introduction into the short term rental world will be on the first step: finding the right property, which after you’ve decided this is something you want to commit to there are certain criteria’s that you want to look for to maximize your profits as well as keeping your overhead low. In the meantime, let’s tour my first property, my pride and joy and a place I call home ♥️
