ATOeko-Tex en la etiqueta… pero ¿certificado dónde?
�Vamos a decirlo claro y con respeto: poner solo el logo de Oeko-Tex en un juego de sábanas, sin indicar si es Standard 100, Made in Green, STeP o cualquier otra certificación concreta, y sin mostrar un número de certificado verificable, no ayuda al consumidor. Lo deja vendido.
Porque una cosa es informar y otra muy distinta es usar un sello como reclamo visual sin dar los datos necesarios para comprobarlo.
Si el producto está correctamente certificado, perfecto: que se indique claramente.�Si no se puede verificar, entonces la pregunta es inevitable:
¿Qué está comprando realmente el cliente: una certificación o solo un logotipo?
Desde aquí, con toda la educación pero también con toda la firmeza, estaría bien que Oeko-Tex y AITEX aclarasen cómo pueden encontrarse en el mercado productos con esta información tan incompleta.
La transparencia no debería ser opcional cuando hablamos de confianza, seguridad y etiquetado textil.
