Getting clear aligners soon? Good. Here's what I want you to know before you start. 😊
Number one, wear time is everything. 22 hours a day. I can't say it enough. The aligners only work when they're in your mouth, so keep them in.
Number two, wet them before you put them in. Trust me on this one. They slide on so much easier.
Number three, use your chewies. They press the aligner all the way onto your teeth, which means better fit, better tracking, faster results. Don't skip them.
And this one surprises a lot of people, you can actually whiten your teeth during aligner treatment. Unlike braces, nothing is glued to your teeth, so you can use a whitening gel made for aligners the whole time you're straightening. You finish treatment with a straighter AND brighter smile. 🙌
