33 vs 10 : où investir en actions en 2026 ? 😳 Quelle allocation action pour 2026 ? Quand je me pose cette question, la 1ère chose que je regarde ce sont les niveaux de valorisation des différents marché et je vous propose qu’on les regarde ensemble Regardez ce graphique. Il classe les marchés actions du plus cher au moins cher. Le plus cher aujourd’hui c’est le Nasdaq qui est valorisé en moyenne 37 fois ses bénéfices. C’est à dire, qu’en moyenne, une entreprise du Nasdaq qui fait 1000 de bénéfices sera valorisé 37 000. C’est énorme. Prenons l’extrême inverse, Le Price / earning du marché brésilien est de 10. C’est à dire qu’une société qui se trouve dans l’indice brésilien qui fait 1000 de bénéfice sera valorisé 10 000. Alors c’est super important de regarder cela pour voir si vous achetez cher ou pas un indice et je vous déconseillerai de ne selectionner. dans votre allocation que les indices qui sont très cher car en cas de retournement du marché c’est eux qui trinque en premier. Alors ça n’a pas beaucoup de sens de regarder juste le ratio P/E (price sur Earning) en valeur absolu. Il faut aussi le regarder par rapport à sa moyenne historique. Regardez la France qui a un ratio de 19 (dc bcp plus faible que le ratio de 37 du Nasdaq) mais donc la valeur historiques sur 5 ans est de 16.48. donc par rapport à la moyenne sur 5 ans, c’est quand même au dessus. Et le PE de la France sur les 20 dernières années c’est autour de 13. Donc 19 vs 13 ça peu paraitre un peu cher. Un marché intéressant à regarder je pense en 2026 c’est la chine qui a un ratio price earning de 10. Similaire à la moyenne sur 5 ans, sur 10 et sur 20 ans. Donc la première chose à faire c’est de regarder quels sont les marchés qui sont pas trop chers, de selectionner les marchés qui vous paraissent à des prix abordable et dans un deuxième temps de de faire la même chose en regardant ce tte fois ci les prix par secteur… Pour selectionner les secteurs qui sont sous-valorisé et sous-pondérer les secteurs sur-valorisé !
